Unknown photographer. Info on back of photo - 69241 Northrop F-5B 336 Sqd Wattisham. No date. Scramble have air shows for 1968 and 1972 but no Norwegian F-5's. Maybe another air show year not listed. I have guessed 1967-70. in 1971 it carried an axe badge on the tail. The squadron on the photo back is wrong as code AH is 332 Skv. This aircraft was built around 1966 and allocated US serial 66-9241. Delivered new to the Royal Norwegian AF as 69241. Later flew as 241. Preserved in Trondheim and noted in June 2020.

Unknown photographer. Info on back of photo - 13387 Northrop F-5B 336 Sqd Belgian Air Day, Beauvechain. No date. Tracked down via Scramble show reports to the 1966 show. One of 5 Norwegian F-5's at the show from 336 Skv. This aircraft was built around 1965 and allocated US serial 64-13387. Delivered new to the Royal Norwegian AF as 13387. Later flew as 387. Upgraded between 1991-94 with avionics to replicate the F-16. Later used in missile trails around 2002. Retired and currently displayed at the Norwegian Armed Forces Aircraft at Oslo Gardermoen.

This aircraft was built around 1966 and allocated US serial 65-10595. Delivered new to the Royal Norwegian AF as 10595. Later flew as 595. To the Royal Netherlands AF in March 2003. Noted as ground trainer at Schiphol in February 2005. Also in picture F-5A 10563 / MU-B of 338 Skv and Lightning F6 XS934 / K of 11 Sqn.

Unknown photographer. Info on back of photo - F-5B 3-438 / 65-10587 of the Imperial Iranian Air Force 302 Sqn at Sharjah. No date. I have guessed probably a delivery flight which would make it around 1966. Also in shot is F-5A 3-417.

Photographer - not known. No date or location info. Probably around late 70's as in silver scheme. Delivered on 09 Dec 1968 as 116807, serial 14807 ntu. Straight to CFB Cold Lake with 419 Sqn for aggressor training coded 07. Was with 434 Sqn at Cold Lake by 1979 so might be around the time of this photo. Used in late 70's by 'Rut Zulu' demo team. Full avionics upgrade in early 90's with 419 sqn in early 1995. One of last operational CF-5's. Stored in Jun 1995. To US civil register as N807LG in Jan 2012. To N807AV in Jul 2012. Registration canx 03 Jun 2014. To N807LG 18Mar20. Current in 2024

Later sold to the Tunisian AF as Y92521, and still in service in 2023.

Assigned to the 527th Tactical Fighter Training Aggressor Squadron of the 10th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing stationed at Alconbury, UK. To the US Navy by 1990. Not noted after 1990 fate unknown.

In display team colours. To Turkey as 3019 in 1990. Destroyed in an accident in 2001.

Nowadays preserved at the Canadian Aviation & Space Museum.
