This Dragonfly was only just retired from active service with the 103d Tactical Air Support Squadron at Willow Grove (PA) when this picture was made. The aircraft was transferred to the 172nd TASSS and parked at Battle Creek as spare resource. Teh OA-37B was a dedicated Forward Air Control mission aircraft based on the lighter T-37 trainer. The OA-37B had been developed specifically for the Vietnam War.
