Returning from a possible QRA mission, this KF-16D (FMS serial 92-4040) is equipped with live AIM-9 Sidewinders and AIM-120 AMRAAMs. The F-16 is heading for runway 36R at homebase Chungju. The dual seat Falcon was manufactured under the Piece Bridge II program and by Samsung Aerospace. It was delivered to the RoKAF on 7 March 1996. In 2024 it was probably assigned to the 19 FW which is commanding one KF-16C squadron (155 FS) and two F-16C/D squadrons (161 and 162 FS).

Returning from a possible QRA mission, this KF-16C (FMS serial 93-4059) is equipped with live AIM-9 Sidewinders and AIM-120 AMRAAMs. The F-16 is heading for runway 36 at homebase Chungju. It is most probably assigned to the 19 FW / 39 RW, 159 TRS. The 19 FW is commanding one KF-16C squadron (155 FS) and two F-16C/D squadrons (161 and 162 FS), while 39 RW has one KF-16 squadron. It was manufactured under the Piece Bridge II program and was possibly assembled by Samsung Aerospace. It is also reported that this F-16 is one of 18 modified to RF-16C. Thes are capable to carry a reconnaissance pod.

This KF-16C is assigned to the 159 Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron and carrying an Elbit Systems Condor 2 reconnaissance pod as well as live AIM-9 Sidewinders under the wings, and AIM-120 AMRAAMS at the wingtips. Since 2016, eighteen RoKAF KF-16Cs were modified to carry this huge pod. Semi-official they are designated RF-16C. The 159 FS was renamed 159 TRS after the retirement of the RF-4C. The 159 TRS belonged to both 19 Fighter Wing and the 39 Tactical Reconnaissance Group, and fully subordinate to the 39 Reconnaissance Wing since Nov'20.

Former KLu J-137

J-270, FMS serial 78-0270 and is a Fokker built (line number L-074) F-16B Block 10C. It was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 11 Feb'82. Modified to Block 20 Mid-Life Update in the early 2000s. After a long career in the KLu and serving most Dutch F-16 squadrons, the dual was stored at Twenthe for refurbishment. It was then stored at Volkel in anticipation of being transferred to Jordan. It received serial 132 in the Royal Jordanian Air Force and was sold under Peace Falcon IV with construction number M14-12. It was delivered to 1sq on 27 Jul'09.

A fine view from the ATC tower. J-248 carries FMS serial 78-0248 and is a Fokker built (line number L-074) F-16A Block 10A. It was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 7 Oct'81. The F-16 suffered a serious mishap after it landed on its nose due to severe winds, although the pilot managed to keep the bouncing Falcon on the runway, he decided to eject. The F-16 was repaired and continued service up to Aug'01. It was first stored at Woensdrecht, then preserved at Kamp Zeist from Jun'13. It then became a travel exhibit and is seen all over the Netherlands.

The Dutch 323sq is named "Diana", so the Tiger pilot choose the wrong visor cover. J-256 carries FMS serial 78-0256 and is a Fokker built (line number L-091) F-16A Block 10C. It was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 16 Apr'82. It was withdrawn from use at Volkel in Feb'01 after it experienced a nosewheel collaps during taxiing out of a dispersal in Dec'00. It was then stored at Volkel, to Soesterberg in Nov'01, moved to the Technical University in Delft on 22 Apr'08 and returned to Volkel as an instructional airframe in Nov'11. Scrapped soon after.
