Pacificas second Let 410, parked at their hangar at Medellin EOH. The airplane was first noted in Medellin in Early 2017, with lots of parts missing. The airplane now seems to be getting complete. But it has not been reported as operational yet. If you look closely you can see another Let 410 deeper inside the hangar, one with many parts including the tail section missing. This could well be Pacificas first Let 410, HK-4895. As that was not seen early 2025, and their website does not have any regular flights available, just charters.

This is a 40 year old Let 410, originally delivered to Aeroflot's Arkhangelsk division in 1986, still in Soviet times. Returned to the factory in 1993, and subsequently delivered to Latin America in 1995. First to Guatemala, but by April of 1995 it was registered in Colombia as HK-4013. It has been with several operators since. Now with SEARCA, since at least 2019, but still not painted in their colors. Seen here when it just arrived at Medellin-EOH, with the city showing in the backgound.

Third prototype of the Let410, originally build late 1984/early 1985. The airplane was used as a demonstrator before being delivered to Bolivia in 1993. Operating in Colombia since 2004. Here seen parked at the general aviation ramp at Medellin Olaya Herrera Airport.

Eastern Air was established at Lusaka International in 1993 with a pair of light twins which was supplemented by a Let 410 in 1997. Rebranding as Zambia Skyways in 1999, the airline remains in operation in 2025 serving as an approved maintenance organization and charter airline from Lusaka to various safari and tourist destinations. 9J-ZSL started service with the Soviet Air Force as 2017 Nov 1987 as an E3, to Heli Air as LZ-CCN Sep 1998, to Orsmond as ZS-OMI Oct 1999. Converted to E20 and leased to Zambia Skyways 2002, returned Jan 2003. To Mombasa Air Safari Sep 2004. To ZS-ATA April 2008 with Aircrafts Systems and the UN. Air Zambezi was a Zimbabwean airline which was based at Harare's Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport 1998 and 2002. The airline operated services to the main tourist destinations Victoria Fall, Kariba, and Hwange. In addition to a pair of L-410s, a Cessna Caravan was operated. This Let 410 started life as OK-XYA with Let, sold to the USA as N240LW and later N240Y with Ayres Aviation. To ZS-OSE in April 2001 and leased to Air Express Algeria, then Air Zambezi, ICRC, and MSF. From May 2008 with Air Tec Aviation who re-registered the aircraft to 3B-NBY June 2020.
