CFS - Later to Swiss Air force as J-4143

Back in the open after many years under cover as an instructional airframe at RAF Halton. Later sold to the Museum für Luftfahrt und Technik, Wernigerode, Germany.

Built for the RAF in 1955, this aircraft became an instructional airframe for the Royal Navy in 1963 and then the Singapore Air Force in 1970. Acquired by the museum in 1989.

Gate guard at the 'Koninklijke Kaderschool Luchtmacht' at the time. After closure of the school the Hunter became a monument at Leeuwarden.

Built in 1955 as WT746, serving with the RAF Air Fighting Development Squadron. To 7770M at Halton in 11.62. Seen preserved at Dumfries during a period of refurbishment.

This well-known Hunter has been displayed outside the barracks at Koksijde for decades. Delivered to the RBAF crated in parts for assembly in 1957 and flew with 8 Escadrille/7 Wing Chièvres coded '7J-P' (these marks were restored some time after my photo) but SOC in 1960 after engine damage during ground runs

The Hunter F.4 was superseded by the F.6 model in the Netherlands air force, and this Fokker-built aircraft saw less than three years of service. Seen behind the nosewheel is a belly pack containing a Hunter's four 30-mm guns.
