Arriving for the weekend to do some flying. Aircraft has an interesting history, built originally as a bubble canopy Spitfire, it was destroyed in a crash in the USA (flew into a canyon wall in cloud). Rebuilt as a high back Spitfire. Wonder how much is original, probably just the builders plate. C/n is also quoted as CBAF.IX4640 (probably before its crash).
