Northern Mountain Helicopters in Prince George, British Columbia used this Piper Aztec, C-FMWO, to support its helicopter charter operations. They company had bases in a number of communities in British Columbia and also did seasonal contract work in Alberta and the Yukon, as well as firefighting. It was imported to Canada in 1966. It's last Canadian operator was Kelowna Flightcraft when cancelled from the Canadian civil aircraft register in July 1982.

Wearing Skywork titles although sold by them and registered to Cadby Engineering of Romford on 6th July 1972. C of A expired 16th November 2011 at Blackpool. No Flight declaration 4th October 2018.

Double Formula 1 World Champion Graham Hill's Elstree-based Turbo Aztec D. Tragically, he and five members of the Embassy-Hill Racing Team were killed when the aeroplane crashed 3 miles short of Elstree on 29 November 1975 making a night approach into thick fog. It subsequently transpired the aircraft was legally unregistered at the time having been cancelled from the US register in August 1974.

Built in 1959 and based in Ohio as N627AW in 2022.

Exported to the USA in 1981.

Built in 1966. Ex-N6023Y and D-IMUN. Cancelled from the register in 2002. Used as a ground trainer at Ljungbyhed, Sweden.

Bearskin Lake Air Services was founded in 1963 to provide charter services to First Nations reserves in northern Ontario. In the late 1970s the operation moved from bush planes to small commuter airliners to service growing scheduled services operating as Bearskin Airlines. This 1974 Aztec was registered to Thunder Bay Flying School before coming to Bearskin 1997 - 2001. The airline became a regional carrier when it sold the First Nations routes to Wasaya Airways in 2003. Current since 2007 with Quebec based construction company Air Vision / Les Ateliers Fermontois at the time of uploading.
