Stored with sandbags on the wings to keep it from being blown around. Preserved at Ugglarp in Sweden since July 1985.

Amicale Jean Baptiste Salis acquired this venerable aircraft in 1990, and they still operated it at airshows by 2019! This aircraft consists of a Junkers-built fuselage (c/n 24?), mated with CASA-built wings. It served with the Spanish AF as T.2B-212 until 1976, when it was sold as G-BECL.

Delivered to Lufthansa as D-AZAW in 1941. To Iberia as EC-CAN in 1942. Transferred to Lufwaffe as CJ+KA. Returned to Spain as T2B-108. Donated to Munich Museum in 1965. Exhibited at the Internationale Verkehrsausstellung 1965. In 1966 it went on display at the Verkehrsmuseum Berlin with the same spurious prewar registration, representing Lufthansa's first Junkers 52. Today it is part of the Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin collection as D-AZAW. A USAF Atlas rocket is at centre rear.

This gorgeous old girl is on display at the Museo del Aire at Cuatro Vientos.

Crashed on the 4th of August 2018 at Piz Segnas in the Graubünden area of the Alps with the loss of all lives.

An operational transport at the 1972 Air Show

Delivered in 1939 the Ju-52 was withdrawn from military servive in the early 80's. Since than this gracious plane makes pleasure flights over the Swiss Alps.

This old Junkers' career started in 1943 for the Luftwaffe. Rebuilt as a composite airframe in Feb 1947 (fuselage of c/n 130714, wings of c/n 5489 LN-KAF (ex D-AQUI) and c/n 2982 NO+IO). In Feb 1948 the resulting aircraft was fitted with floats and again registered to DNL as LN-KAF "Askeladden". To Ecuador as HC-ABS in 1957. Rescued by Lester Weaver in 1969, and flown as N130LW. To Martin Caidin in Mar 1975, flying as N52JU "Iron Annie", then to Paul Rosen in Aug 1981. On 28 Dec 1984 it came back to West Germany, and on 1 Apr 1986, after restoration to original condition, it started a new flying career that was still continuing at the time of this photo, 31 years later. Unfortunately this great aircraft was permanently wfu in Aug 2018.

Prewar Ju.52/3m. Recovered from Bolivia as HC-ABS postwar and rebuilt. Later to Lufthansa as D-CDLH ('D-AQUI').

Spanish-built version of the Junkers Ju.52/3m taken soon after its placement on the then extensive public roof top viewing area at FRA.

Recent German technology towing wonderful old German technology... This Junkers is no less than 75 years old, and still going strong when this photo was taken. Following a long life in Europe and then the Americas, it came back to Europe from the USA in 1984, and was completely rebuilt to original condition. It made its first post-restoration flight on 1 April 1986, and so far many enjoyable pleasure flights have followed in the 30+ years that have passed since then. Unfortunately Lufthansa withdrew their support a year later, and this magnificent aircraft was withdrawn from use in August 2018.

This Iron Annie was later moved inside the Aviodrome but with one wing amputated. It represents one of the many Ju 52s involved in the airborne landings around The Hague and Rotterdam on 10 May 1940. The chess knight emblem of I./Special Operations Wing 1 is very appropriate.
