Built for Aeroflot as CCCP-11014 in 1966. To Sakha-Avia as RA-11014 by 1994 but remained in Aeroflot colours. Withdrawn from use at Yakutsk in 1994 and later scrapped.

Built in 1966. To Moscow Ministry of Aircraft Production as CCCP-11025 and operated in Aeroflot colours. Transferred to MOM Vnukovo "Energia" in 1971. Reregistered as RA-11025 by 1993. To Kosmos in 1995. Still operational in 2021.

Before this An-12 started it civil career it was serving the Soviet AF. In jan'81 is was reported as CCCP-11768 with AFL/Urals, then CCCP-11768 with AFL/International in oct'87. From that moment it changed into LZ-BAF (Balkan and Heavylift), this LZ-BRP (Bright Air), S9-SAE (British Gulf Int.), EW-291TI (Trans Avia Export), EK-12408 (British Gulf Int.), 3X-GHB (GR Avia), EK-12408 (no titles) again and to its current registration EY-408 (no titels)

This 1971 An-12B was delivered as CCCP-11102 to AFL/Magadan-GDX and served through the years Magadan Avia (as RA-11102), British Gulf International (S9-BOS and this EX-163). It then served South Airlines (EK-11102), Taron Avia (EK-12704), Asia Airways (EY-406) and Allied Serv. Ltd (again as EY-406). With the latter, the An-12B sadly crashed during its take-off from Juba (South Sudan) on 4 November 2015 while en-route to Paloich (South Sudan) when it failed to gain height. The aircraft smashed against a small hill. Fifteen of the seventeen on board were killed along with about 25 on the ground.

This 1964 An-12B first flew with the Soviet Air Force and was transferred as 61 Blue to the Ukrainian Air Force in 1992. From early 2004 it continued to fly in a basic 'blue' Aeroflot c/s with misspelled "Ukraine Cargo Airways" titles and a 'UCA' logo on the fin. The An-12 was possibly cancelled from the register on 31 December 2008 with only 7,793 flight hours. The aircraft was withdrawn from use at Mykolaiv International Airport, also known as Nikolaev Airport (Ukraine) and offered in an auction as scrap metal on 20 December 2019, but there were no bidders. Current fate unknown.

Delivered to the Soviet Air Force as CCCP-11516 in 1964. To Aeroflot in 1986 and operated by Yermolino Test Centre. Reregistered as RA-11516 in 1996. Probably withdrawn from use at Yermolino by 2004.

Thought to be c/n 3341402. Waiting to be sold. To 4L-PAS in 2009, 3X-GDO in 2011 and 3X-GGH in 2012. Withdrawn from use at Nouakchott, Mauritania in 2012 and scrapped in 2016.

Built for the Soviet Air Force in 1963. Registered to Omsk Aircraft Production Organisation as CCCP-11408 in 1991. To Aviaobshchemash as RA-11408 in 1993 then to Aerofreight in 1998. To Silk Way as 4K-AZ56 in 2004, reregistered as UR-CAF in 2006 and 4K-AZ25 in 2015. Crashed on takeoff at Camp Dwyer, Afghanistan in 2016.
