On 25 April 1972 this HU-16E was flown from CGAS Mobile and landed in the parking lot next to the USS Alabama. I took this slide in September 1972 and it shows the original markings it wore when retired. Originally built new as USAF s/n 52-129.

The Bell 206 in its original form, tucked away in storage in Building 6008 at Fort Rucker where Alan Wilson managed to take a photo of it. The fourth Bell 206 airframe, it was formally the first military OH-4. Serial 62-4201 had also been assigned to a C-140 and the helicopter was reserialled 62-4202 in a paper move, but 4201 is nevertheless authentic. The OH-4 lost to the OH-6 Cayuse in the Light Observation Helicopter competition. The redesigned Bell 206A later struck back as the OH-58. Photo by: Alan Wilson

This F-16A is not on loan from the USAF Museum. It received FAA registration N324DC, which is still active, expiring on 21 August 2023. It is currently owned by the Crenshaw County Board of Education, and is on display in front of Mountain Home High School. Although not in military markings, the a/c is very well maintained and is in a memorial type plaza with the service flags of all branches of the US Military flying behind it.
