This Curl carries a prominent sticker on the nose commemorating the Polish aviation pioneer and World War 2 commander, Stanisław Jakub Skarżyński. One of the first recipients of the Louis Blériot medal in 1936 for his solo flight across the southern Atlantic from Saint-Louis, Senegal to Maceio in Brazil. The flight took 20 hours 30 minutes crossing 3,582 km and establishing a distance world record in a FAI tourist plane category II. He was the first commander of the Polish Flying Schools in the UK and later CO of no 305 (Polish) Squadron. He was killed returning from raid over Bremen 26 June 1943. Given the name "Wiarus" in Polish service. This translates to battle-hardened veteran.

Note the marking C-599 on the engine cowling. I have been unable to find out what it refers to. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

A new exhibit acquired by the Museum in 2024. This aircraft performed the last Iskra training flight of the Polish Air Force on December 9, 2020.

The fourth prototype of the PZL-Mielec I-22 Iryda aircraft, with the original registration number "04" discovered during renovation on the first layer of paint. This aircraft made its first flight after being re-registered as the civilian SP-PWC, in accordance with amended regulations. During restoration, it was also discovered that the wings of this aircraft came from the third prototype with registration SP-PWB (the original wings were damaged during pressure testing of the fuel tanks). This aircraft made its last flight to Dęblin in 1995 as SP-PWC.

This Iskra was used until 2000 by the 61st Aviation Training Squadron in Biała Podlaska, and then by the Air Force Academy in Dęblin.

A new exhibit acquired by the museum in 2024. It is an Iskra personally piloted by the commander of the 41st Aviation Training Base, Col. Waldemar Gołębiowski.

Training and reconnaissance version of the Iskra Bis DF, built in 1974. After renovation, the emblem of the 28th Fighter Aviation Regiment and a badge commemorating the 40th anniversary of this unit appeared on the nose of the aircraft.
