Training and reconnaissance version of the Iskra Bis DF, built in 1974. After renovation, the emblem of the 28th Fighter Aviation Regiment and a badge commemorating the 40th anniversary of this unit appeared on the nose of the aircraft.

This Iskra is the 1974 training and reconnaissance version. It served in the 28th Fighter Aviation Regiment in Redzikowo and spent his last years of service in the 58 Aviation School Regiment in Dęblin. It was then assigned to the Cantralna Szkola PSP w Czestochowie (CSPSP) as an instructional airframe but is now on display at the super Muzeum Sil Powietrznych (Polish AF museum).
