Unfortunately a rather grey day but a spectacular performance nonetheless. This 1961 Troopship was the first to be withdrawn (1993) and is now preserved in its later colourful display livery near Soesterberg

Operrated by 334 Squadron of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Exhibited at the 1969 Battle of Britain display at RAF Finningley.

C-47B Dakota X-16 of 334 Squadron Netherlands A.F. wears code ZU-16 as it arrives at Ringway Airport in summer 1958. Ex RAF KJ932, it returned to the USAF in 1961 and later went to the Chile A.F.

To support the struggling Fokker company, the Dutch government ordered the Fokker 60, a stretched F.50, as a tactical transport aircraft for its air force. Only four F.60s were built and the RNLAF would have been much better of with a couple of extra C-130s instead. The Fokkers were disposed of to Peru in 2010.

One of the last two Fokker aircraft to have served in the Netherlands air force.

Probably the last ever Fokker aircraft in the Netherlands air force, U-05 and U-06 were retired on 8 Augustus 2012. After a period of storage at EHLE, both were sold to the Peruvian air force in 2014.
