Harbour Air brought both of their eBeavers to Oshkosh. The yet to fly (on electric power) C-FIFQ was displayed at their booth and C-FJOS was intended to fly a demonstration in the air show. Unfortunately red tape with the FAA and Transport Canada halted a permit to participate in the airshow. The aircraft did fly in and out of the Oshkosh Seaplane base however, returning to a local marina where the batteries were re-charged.

It was wrecked landing at Limbang airport, a small field built in 1963 by the British Army. It over ran the end of the runway and crashed into a drainage ditch seriously damaging the forward fuselage on January 8, 1998. A new airport was built after 2000 at Limbang. The aircraft wreckage went to Dodson International Parts until moved to Calgary, Canada and rebuilt sometime during 2019 - 23. Registered C-FDYL in January 2024, Harbour Air put it in service in June.

During the summer, Harbour Air operates up to three round trip flights between Vancouver Harbour and Vancouver Airport and the Green Lake seaplane base serving the resort municipality of Whistler in the Coast Range mountains. In addition, the airline operates regular sightseeing flights from the lake around the local area. DHC-3 Otter CF-ITF was delivered new to Wardair in Feb. 1956 and flew with the airline until 1971. It then flew with several airlines on floats in Ontario and Quebec until sold to BC, converted to PT6 turbine in 2000 and sold to Harbour Air in 2001.
