Delivered in 1968 to Paraguay's TAM - Transporte Aéreo Militar as ZP-GAS and used primarily by dictator General Alfredo Stroessner as his personal transport. Re-serialled FAP-01 with the Paraguayan Air Force in 1990 and FAP-02 in 1991. Re-serialled again in 2010 as 2036 and still in use as such with the Grupo de Transporte Aereo (GTA) in 2022

Paraguay took delivery of nine Embraer EMB-326s in 1979/1980, and one attrition replacement was received in 1982. Operated by the Grupo Aerotactico, five were written off and the survivors were withdrawn and stored by the end of 2003. 1009 is now used as a travelling exhibit.

Ex LV-AZJ. In service since 1996 with the Grupo Aeronaval de Propósitos Generales (GAPROGEN) , to ZP-BFX by December 2015.

1968 vintage HS125 ex G-AWMX, N125J, N3711L, N711AQ and N601JJ. Imported to Paraguay in 2003 and briefly used as a Presidential transport it was re-registered as ZP-TKO in 2006. The owner was involved in a legal dispute in Paraguay and the aircraft has been abandoned at San Fernando, Argentina since 2010.

Ex N6842D exported to Paraguay in 1982, and operated by the Paraguay government. Believed to still be registered at time of upload with a private operator.

Landed in a field near the town of Toledo in Argentina in 2014 on a drug smuggling flight. Seized by police and reported to be carrying 420kgs of Marijuana.

Operated by TAM Mercosur, formed in 1996 by the merger of Aerolineas Paraguayas (a subsidiary of TAM) and LAPSA Paraguay to operate regional services. In 2008 the airline was rebranded TAM Paraguay, later operating under the LATAM brand. ZP-CAD previously flew for Aerolineas Paraguayas and was sold as PR-MAU in December 1997.

In service since 1989, transferred to the Paraguayan Air Force as 0233 in 2009.

This is one of nine airframes seized the 8th of October 2020 by the Paraguayan Police after an operation against drug trafficking . The other ones being ZP-BIX, ZP-BQF, ZP-BEH, ZP-TZN, ZP-JTU, ZP-TZZ, ZP-BMM and, surprisingly, a helicopter from the Buenos Aires Police that, according to the authorities, didn't have permission to be at Paraguay . Research by the authorities lead to dismantle a private airfield in Areguá as this was the departure location of a burnt aircraft found at El Chaco one week before. The pilot was found buried and riddled with bullets near the plane whose payload had been previously removed (presumably 450Kg of cocaine).
