Delivered to the USAAF as 44-9087 then to Douglas as NC88884 and converted to DC-4 conversion #3 for Pan American in 1945. Reregistered as N88884 in 1949. To the Spanish Air Force as T.4-8 in 1962. Preserved at Getafe from 1977.

Delivered to the USAAF as 42-24052 in 1943. To NC65282 in 1946 then to Piedmont Airlines as N44V in 1948. To the Spanish Air Force as T.3-28 in 1961. Not taken up as G-BHUA for Aces High in 1980. Preserved at the Desguaces Moderno scrapyard in Salamanca from 1988.

Italian company Panair began operations in 1979 with a Cessna Citation II. It wasn't until 2001 that they expanded with the acquisition of two Boeing 737s. The airlines ceased operations in Mar 2003. This aircraft was previously G-BNNK with GB Airways , British Airways and Dan-Air London. In Feb 2004 it went to Fly Air as TF-FLI. There were other subsequent operators.
