In Jun-1981 it was registered OO-KKK. On 16-Oct-2011 it was destroyed in a crash 450m from the Verviers-Theux airfield, just after take-off from runway 06 for a local flight. The two persons on board were killed. The cause of the accident was found to be an improper take-off setting with stabilizer trim in full nose-up position causing a stall during initial climb. Built in 1990 by L.Quintens, it was first registered 21-Aug-1990 as OO-970, but already 28-Aug-1990 it was reregistered as OO-123. On 24-Oct-1990 it was registered again as OO-970.
