This was the only One-Eleven re-engined with Rolls-Royce Tay 650 engines. Delivered to American Airlines as N5019 in 1966. To National Aircraft Leasing in 1973 and reregistered as N112NA. Back to N5019 in 1974. To Coastal States Gas as N100CC in 1977 then to Janmar Corp in 1982 and reregistered as N700JA in 1983. To Dee Howard as N650DH and converted to a series 2400 in 1990. Project abandoned and stored at San Antonio, TX in 1992. Later scrapped.
