The first of 4 Boeing 727 - 200 series ordeed by TAA. Took to the air as N1779B on the 2nd. of November 1972. It entered the Australian register on the 12th. November 1972. it was named "Charles Sturt". It was sold to Extex International on 21st. July 1993. it then appeared on the Mexican Register as XA-SJU in September 1993. this 727 was finally broken up after 2002.
