Delivered to American Airlines as N7530A in 1960. To the Dubai Government in 1975 and reregistered as A6-HHR in 1977. To the Abu Dhabi Government then donated to Alyemda as 7O-ACP in 1982. To Midair then to Aircrew Leasing as N720AC and then to Boeing in 1985. Used for parts in the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB. Remains to National Aircraft in 1991 and scrapped.

Registered as N806GA in 1974, N400SJ in 1974, N7000G in 1979 and N16NK in 1982. Converted to as G-IIB in 1985. Reregistered as N18NK then N525JT in 1995, N83TE in 2002, N864YD in 2005, ZS-DJA in 2009 and N24FU in 2022.

With no titles after lease to Air Malta. Delivered to American Airlines as N7513A in 1959 then to Trans Asian as 9G-ACN in 1978. Reregistered to G-TJAB in 1979 then to Monarch Airlines as G-BHOX in 1980 and leased to Air Malta. To Tigerair N62TA in 1980 and stored at Marana. To Boeing in 1983, withdrawn from use at Davis-Monthan AFB and used for parts in the KC-135E program. Remains sold for scrap in 2001.

Registered as G-BGKN for the GKN Group in 1976. Converted to an F600A and reregistered as N9043U then N701Z in 1981, N129BA in 1996, N200XR in 1997, N658TS then N658XA in 1998 and N20FM in 2004. Damaged beyond repair landing at an illegal airstrip near Las Mercedes del Llano, Venezuela in 2015. Probably on a drug smuggling flight.
