Built for USAF as T-38A 65-10327 and transferred new to NASA on 13 December 1965 as N907NA. NASA operated the a/c until 11 July 1973 (FAA reg. cancelled) and transferred it to the US Navy with Bureau Number 510327. It was assigned to the US Navy Test Pilot School, and was eventually struck off charge on 12 January 2001. From February 2009 through January 2013 it was on display at the El Paso Museum of History marked as NASA N999NA.
