Built 1968. Ex N6956R, I-EVMA. Registered to Bristow Helicopters as G-AZDC -3 August 1971. Cancelled 14 January 1983 on transfer to Canada as C-GSPI. Restored as G-AZDC 14 February 1984. Cancelled 22 April 1987 on transfer to France. Subsequently to N91158, OB-2008-P, N91158 and still current as such September 2023.

Still in the basic colours of the RAF's Queen's Flight with whom it flew as XR391. Seen here parked in the then Bay 2 of Prestwick's Main Terminal for an overnight stop before flying transatlantic to the Saunders Aircraft Company at Gimli, Manitoba, for conversion. Became Saunders ST-27 c/n 007 which first flew as C-FCNT with Otonabee Airways before joining Air Labrador. Written off in 1984 due to a landing gear collapse at St John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.
