Ornge is the air ambulance service in the Province of Ontario. It operates a fleet of eight Pilatus Next Generation PC-12 turboprops and 12 Leonardo AW-139 helicopters. C-GYNO was photographed at Billy Bishop Toronto City Centre Airport which is usually home for two AW139s. The other AW139 bases a located in Ottawa, Sudbury, London, Moosenee, Thunder Bay and Kenora. The Ontario Ministry of Health's air ambulance program launched in the late 1970s with a single IFR Bell 212 operating as "Bandage One" from Buttonville Airport, north of Toronto. A second 212 followed, then a BK117 and two S-76As.

This is one of eight Pilatus PC-12NGX (PC-12/47E) operated by Ornge Global Air to transfer patients between medical facilities in the Province of Ontario. It landed at London Airport (CYXU) during a pause in Airshow London 2022 with a patient it picked up at Owen Sound Airport (CYOS). This was the fourth PC-12 acquired by Ornge and was imported to Canada in September 2009.

London-based Ornge Leonardo AW139, C-GYNF, was dispatched four times on air ambulance calls during the Saturday performance of Airshow London 2022. Ornge has two AW139 bases in southern Ontario at London International Airport and Toronto's downtown Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island (YTZ). Other Ornge AW139 bases are located in Ottawa, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Kenora and Moosonee.

This AW139, C-GYNP, was seen stored without its main rotor system outside the Ornge air ambulance maintenance hangar at London International Airport. It wears Ornge's new blue and orange colour scheme which was introduced in 2021.

This AW139, C-GYNN, was built on the Westland Agusta production line at Northeast Philadelphia Airport, PA and delivered to Ontario in 2010 for use by the Ornge air ambulance program. In 2021, Ornge began to slowly repaint its fleet of 12 AW139s in a new orange, white and blue colour scheme. This aircraft was seen outside the Ornge hangar at Toronto - Billy Bishop City Airport (CYTZ) which is usually home for three AW139s, including a maintenance spare.

This is one of 12 Leonardo AW139 helicopters operated in the province of Ontario by the Ornge air ambulance service landing at CYTZ after an EMS mission. C-GYNK was assembled at the AgustaWestland facility at Northeast Philadelphia Airport and imported to Canada in September 2010. It was initially operated on contract by Canadian Helicopters until Ornge obtained an Air Operators Certificate and hired its own crews. Canadian (and its predecessors CHC, Okanagan, Dominion Pegasus and Toronto Helicopters) operated the Ontario Ministry of Health's EMS helicopter fleet between 1978 and 2012.
