The Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM, Malaysian Air Force) operates one squadron equipped with four Airbus A400Ms. The squadron, 22 Skn, is based at Subang/Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, Kuala Lumpur, and received the first Atlas transport aircraft in March 2015. Number three is seen at the runway of Langkawi. During the LIMA show, TUDM transport aircraft are flying on and of each day.
The last day of the airshow LIMA 2017 was brightened up with a beautiful Fokker 50UTA of the Republic of Singapore Air Force. The picture was made from the civil terminal, through the glass of the departure hall.
The Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM, Royal Malaysian Air Force) operates only F/A-18D versions, so no single seaters are in their inventory. The TUDM took delivery of eight aircraft, and they are all assigned to 18Skn, a squadron named 'Lipan' and that is based at Butterworth. This M45-06 is seen while retracting its gear, just at the beginning of a spectacular aerial display over Langkawi during LIMA '17.
