Delivered to Iraqi Airways as YI-AGF in 1974. Leased to Arab Air Cargo as JY-CAC in 1983. Reregistered as 4YB-CAC in 1984. Returned to Iraqi Airways as YI-AGF in 1989. Stored at Amman from 1991 until at least 2010 then scrapped.

Reregistered as JY-CAB in 1983 then 4YB-CAB in 1984. To St.Lucia Airways as J6-SLR in 1986. who were renamed to Caribbean Air Transport in 1987. To AirXport in 1987. Reregistered as TF-AYE in 1988. To Aero Uruguay as CX-BPQ in 1988 then to Atlantic Leasing as HI-596CA in 1991. Reregistered as N66651 in 1991. To VASP as HR-AMX in 1993. Impounded at Manaus in 1995 and reregistered as N66651. Scrapped in 2001.

Missing the tail logo however former Iraqi Airways colours are already visible at the cockpit section
