Last one of the reg cannot be read but, based on aircraft name, this is almost certainly ex 42-92873, leased to Pioneer Air Lines from 1946 until 1952, then returned to military service as a C-117C. Ex USAAF C-47-DL 41-18392. Leased by Pioneer from 1948 until return to USAF in January 1952.

Built as C-47A 42-93518 for the USAAF. Loaned to Pioneer from June 1946 until July 1952 and named "Sam Houston". Returned to the USAF and modified to C-117C standard. Still active as N36AP in 2006. Stored at Oshkosh by Basler from 2006 to date. Photo obtained 60 years ago.
