Rocketing off of 21L as AJI9586 for KMEM. Charter for the Xavier University men's basketball team, heading out for a game against the University of Memphis. Converted to a freighter in 2021, this aircraft now flies cargo for Aeronaves TSM as XA-TSM.

Sitting at the Propeller FBO is this lovely 56 year old DC-9. Delivered to Continental in 1967, this aircraft ended up flying with Air Canada for a couple of years in the 1970s. Ameristar operates a fleet of DC-9s and Falcon 20s for cargo charters.

Ameristar Jet Charter began in 1991 as an air-taxi carrier with a Lear Jet and a Beech King Air. They acquired more aircraft, including Falcon jets before expanding into Cargo , passenger and charter operations with lager aircraft (737s and DC-9s) after 2000. This Lear Jet was with the company from January 1996 until reportedly withdrawn a couple of weeks after this photo was taken. The aircraft went to West-MEC (Western Maricopa Education Center) in Glendale, AZ as an instructional airframe by 2017.

Built in 1966 and initially registered as N890F for Pan Am who were the sales agents back then. Later used by movie actor Cary Grant and later still was C-GSKN with Skycharter. Cancelled from the register in 2009.

This was delivered to Avianca as EI-CEQ (GPA Group aircraft) in May1992. It went to Ameristar in December, but, unfortunately, it was w/o on 8th March, 2017 during an aborted take-off at YIP when it overran the runway by 350m, hit approach lighting and the perimeter fence, slid over a road and a ditch before coming to a stop. Fortunately, there were no fatalities.

The first 737-200 Cargo aircraft I've seen. Taxiing out for departure. This aircraft was originally delivered to Lufthansa as D-ABHE in 2/71.
