Storage area in the middle of the field. 3 ex Aerorepublica MD-80s. HK-4265 to the right, HK-4259 in the middle and HK-4255 to the left under the black cover. The MD-80s were replaced by Aerorepublica after they started to work with Copa Panama. All three were ex Swissair and SAS machines, and were later broken up here at Cali.

Delivered to Swissair as HB-INF in 1981. To SAS as SE-DMU in 1996. Returned to the lessor as N835F in 2000. To Aero Republica as HK-4270 in 2002. Withdrawn from use at Cali in 2007 and scrapped in 2009.

Delivered new 28th Jan 1981 and became SE-DMU with SAS 31st May 1996

This MD-81 was originally delivered to Swissair in January 1981 and is pictured taxying in to stand. The plane went to SAS as SE-DMU from May 1996 until November 2000, whereupon it was returned to the lessor. It was placed in June 2002 with aero republica as HK-4259 but was withdrawn from service and store at Cali (CLO) in November 2007 and scrapped two years later.
