December 1994 American West as N915AW until September 2005 to US Airways due merge of two companies. Last service February 2009. Part out and scrapping 2009 - 2012. Cockpit at Tennessee College of Applied Technology.

The aircraft was named City of Las Vegas until some point in 2001. However, other photos I have seen suggest that it reverted to Las Vegas during, or sometime after, 2004.
