Delivered to American Airlines as N8414 in 1968. To MME Farms in 1982 then to Jet East and Omni International in 1987. To Safair as ZS-LSH in 1988, Shabair as 9Q-CSZ in 1992 and Zaire Airlines as 9Q-CKK in 1997. Damaged beyond repair landing at Kinshasa in 1997.

This B707, operated by Shabair,had been chartered by a group of avgeeks and airplane enthusiasts to make a pleasure flight out of Charleroi over Belgium and other parts of Europe in 1996, one of the last chances in that days to fly with a B707. However, when we arrived at the airport the flight was cancelled on short notice due to laws and insurance problems.

Operated for a short time for the South African Government with RSA titles. Note small Safair titles on the engines.
