Delivered to Northwest Airlines December 10, 1959 as N128US, Nordair acquired C-GNDC in 1978 to replace another Electra. While parked, L-188 CF-NAZ was damaged when a Canadian Air Force Canadair Argus collided with the aircraft during an emergency landing at Halifax, NS in 1977.

Still in partial Nordair colors, but owned by Intair and leased to the Aerobureau Corp. for operation as a flying newsroom, to provide live aerial television news coverage of wars and major disasters. The venture eventually failed due to lack of interest from television companies.

In basic Northwest livery, Air Holiday operated this Electra briefly before it was acquired by Air Florida, becoming N25AF. Damaged in a landing accident and w/o in Africa in 1992.

Delivered new to Northwest Airlines in December 1959, serving until November 1971. Operated by Air Florida from August 1974 until July 1977.
