This former NFWS TF-16N's code and badge are still visible on its tail, nicely lit up by the last rays of sunshine during a late afternoon stroll along at the fence. The aircraft was placed into storage at AMARG in January 1995 and scrapped on 21 January 2021.

An aggressor of VF-45, please note the big Red Star as a tail marking. Unfortunately this aircraft crashed on December 5th, 1994.

TOPGUN 46 TF-16N on short final to 24R

This F-16 served with VF-45 at NAS Key West, FL before being retired to AMARG during Dec. 94 where it was to be stored with the PCN/Inventory No. AN1F0008. However, immediately on arrival she was transferred to the Air Force and is still survives on the East side of Kolb Rd. for now with the PCN/Inventory No. AAFG0487.

This F-16 served with the Naval Fighter Weapons School at NAS Miramar, CA before being retired to AMARG during Jan. 95 where it was to be stored with the PCN/Inventory No. AN1F0018. However, immediately on arrival she was transferred to the Air Force and is still survives on the East side of Kolb Rd. for now with the PCN/Inventory No. AAFG0489.

However, immediately on arrival she was transferred to the Air Force and is still survives on the East side of Kolb Rd. for now with the PCN/Inventory No. AAFG0488.

The second of four TF-16Ns delivered to the US Navy (along with 22 single seat F16Ns) in 1987 - 1989. They were to replace older A-4s and F-5s used for adversary training, but accelerated fatigue due to the intense flying saw them withdrawn in 1994. This one was retired to AMARC Jan 11, 1995.
