This aircraft was delivered to United in December 1959 as a DC-8-11 and updated to a -12 in March 1964. It was traded in to Boeing in November 1977, converted to DC-8-21(F) status and briefly flown in 1978 wearing International Express titles. In early 1979 it was acquired by Concord International Airlines and re-registered N579JC, only to be sold to Michigan Peninsular Airlines in September that year. It was photographed withdrawn at Marana-Pinal Air Park in March 1982 and stored there until broken up in 1985, the registration being cancelled on 30 March 1985.

Delivered to United in 1960 and in the fleet until traded to Boeing November 1977. To Concord International Airlines August 1979 and finally broken up in Miami November 1982.

Delivered as a -61 4/67, later converted to -71 11/83, and finally to -71(F) as N820BX..

Delivered to United July 16, 1968, this DC-8 would soon to get the new Saul Bass designed color scheme (to match the radome). Upgraded to DC-8-71 series in 1983, it was sold to the GPA Group March 1990, converted to a freighter and became N871SJ.
