PH-DEK has been operated by KLM from November 1969 untill April 1984

Still in the older colour scheme, most aircraft had been repainted into the blue colours by 1977. Delivered new to KLM as PH-DEK on 25 Nov 1969. leased to Philippine Airlines on 01 May 1972 and returned to KLM on 01 May 1975. To Icelandair as TF-FLV on 04 Apr 1984. To Aer Turas as EI-CAV on 31 May 1990 and converted to a freighter. To ATI as N786AL on 15 Jul 1994. To Johnsons Air as 9G-FAB on 27 Jul 2004. Noted being parted out at Ras Al Khaimah on 06 Jan 2013. Completely gone by Jun 2013.

Delivered to KLM as PH-DEK in 1969. To Icelandair as TF-FLV in 1984 then to Aer Turas as EI-CAK in 1990 and converted to a freighter. To ATI-Air Transport International as N786AL in 1994 then to Johnsons Air as 9G-FAB in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Ras Al Khaimah in 2010 and scrapped in 2013.
