scan from the NK slide collection. - SABENA's OO-SGB, shown here in its first colour scheme, flew for the airline between 1970 and 1990 before being sold to Nationair as C-GNXH. They leased it to Garuda in full colours and retired it at Mojave in 1994.

In summer 1987, Sabena operated a Brussels-Gatwick-New York scheduled route.

There was a joke in the 1970s that if you died and went to heaven, you probably had to change at Atlanta. Despite this there were very few International flights with other than US carriers, notably Delta. Sabena was one of the few International operators. The aircraft is landing and seen from the old terminal with the new under construction in the background.

Here resplendent in her classic original colours, 'GB was delivered in 12.70 and was sold to Nationair as C-GNXH 20 years later, then being leased to Garuda for three periods before going into store at Mojave in 1.94; b/u early 1998
