Former German Air Force H-34G was returned to Sikorsky and converted to an S-58T. Pictured with Queen City Helicopters (1982 - 2004?), the helicopter was last with Heli Flite / Aris Helicopters from 2004. While lifting an air conditioning unit, it was heavily damaged on March 13, 2011. After one of the Pratt & Whitney PT-6 engines lost power, the pilot attempted an emergency landing but the 4,700 pound load failed to jettison and the helicopter hit trees. The aircraft's registration was cancelled in 2013.

Delivered to the West Germany as an H-34G AS-345 in 1957. Later PJ-365 and PY-332 then to 8005 in 1968. To N33602 and converted to an S-58ET in 1974. Crashed while carry air-conditioning units as an underslung load near LAX airport in 2011.

Wonderful Sikorsky helicopter, built in the 1960s. Unfortunately this strikingly-painted machine crashlanded during a heavy-lifting operation in Los Angeles on 13 March 2011 and sustained significant damage. Its current status is unclear.
