This Magister was owned by the Dutch Magister club at Lelystad for some time, but returned to France. It was not airworthy at this point - the reg was re-issued in 2004 - but I saw it in the air here at Valenciennes in 2014 as F-AZTO.
As a matter of fact the aircraft is not Belgian at all, only a few parts of Belgian MT43 (cn 322) were used in the restoration, the bulk of the aircraft is Armée de l'Air Fouga 410, painted as "MT31" (cn 288)..
Pictured about to touch down on rw27, arriving to take part in the flying display at a super RIAT 2012. Unfortunately, however, this plane went tech and and was unable to display. Note the small tail-skid wheel.
