Heli Skiing season is over and soon it will head back to Prince Rupert. Skeena Heliskiing is a division of Northcoast Helicopters with the promotional titles 'Kastle' and 'Scott' also appearing on the Skeena website as well as the aircraft.

In April 2021, Air-Glaciers bought two 2nd hand AS-350B2's, HB-ZYE being one of them. Air-Glaciers's B2's are mainly used for spraying vineyards in the canton of Valais and Vaude. Originally built in 1981 as AS-350B, it was at one point converted to B1 and then eventually to B2. Among the various registrations it carried over the years, the most interesting are SX-HBI when operated by Olympic Airways in Greece, after which it became ES-37 with the Algerian Gendarmerie (El Dark El Watani). From the N# you'd think this was an Ecureuil 2. It arrived yesterday from Salem/OR (KSLE). About 25 years ago it was C-GMAN based in Quebec.

Eurocopter Canada complete this AS350B-2 as C-FFIQ at its Fort Erie, Ontario factory and it was re-registered C-FWZZ on delivery to Four Seasons Aviation who operated it for businessman from Oct 2005 to March 2012. It was then operated by Novajet from Toronto Pearson airport (YYZ) until exported to the US in March 2013 as N353JS.

LN-OAC is shown here shortly before receiving a 12 Year Inspection, overhaul and a new livery for it's new destination Indonesia, where it is operated by Helimission's subsidary HELIVIDA Indonesia as PK-HCG.

Built in 1991, first registered in the US as N6042S, then as D-HMIR in Germany, back to the FAA register as N350R before being sold to Norway as LN-OAC around 2002. In July of 2014, Swiss foundation Helimission bought this helicopter to be operated in Indonesia. LN-OAC is seen here just prior taking off for its ferry flight to Trogen Heliport (LSXT), Switzerland, where Helimission's international headquarter is located. After receiving a 12 year inspection and a fresh livery, it was briefly registered as N356HM (Helimission Inc, USA) before getting its current registration PK-HCG.

Hydro One Networks acquired this AS350B-2 in January 2004 after completion at the Eurocopter Canada Limited factory in Fort Erie, Ontario. The electric utility flies eight Airbus helicopters, including three AS350B-2, four AS350B-3s and one twin-engine AS355N with helicopters based Lake Simcoe Regional Airport and several other locations across the province.

Intended to be ZK200 but not taken up and eventually sold as ZK-IDR in 2017.

Is titled PDG Aviation Services rather than the more usual PDG Helicopters and with an Electricity label so presumably employed on power line checking

This was destroyed at Loch Scadavay on June 13, 2018. It was carrying a boat as an underslung load when it became unstable and struck the tail rotor. The aircraft became uncontrollable and plunged onto the loch, killing the pilot.

This Ecureuil has been registered to Canadian Helicopters since 2000, around the time is was converted from an AS350D to a AS350B-2.
