This aircraft seems to have changed hands in the last year and has lost its previous 'Warbird Adventure Flights' titles.. The rudder has also been re-covered, obliterating part of the cn.

Getting ready to start up. This Nanchang has been based in Bendigo for a couple of years now and seems to have an endless stream of customers lining up to do an aerobatic joyride. Originally built for the PLAAF and imported to Australia in 1990. Assembled at Bankstown 1991 & registered VH-NNB on 12 April that year. Obviously the rudder has been recently re-covered.

This aircraft flew with the Chinese PLAAF with code '76'. It was sold and shipped to Australia in July 1990. Restored, it was registered VH-NNC on 26 October 1993. Currently based at Tyabb, it's seen here departing for home after the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia's annual charity Christmas Toy Run.
