Delivered to the USAAF as UC-64A serial 43-5373 then imported into Canada and registered as above in 1952. On 24 August 1980 it was substantially damaged in a forced landing. Registration cancelled in 1986 and the aircraft was rebuilt as a Norseman Mk.V, after which it was operated in Ontario as a floatplane from 1993 until export as N364FQ in October 2020.
