Former test serial ZJ163 was delivered by Westland most probably on 16 October 1996. The relatively new helicopter was assigned to 330 Skv during its active operational career and was eventually stored at Kjeller in September 2019.

A Golden Hour arrival of a pair of Royal Air Force Tornado GR4s at the tanker. The picture was made during Operation Unified Protector (OUP), a NATO-led operation to protect Libyan civilians against the civil war. A picture of 031 was only possible in nearly 100% backlight. The Tonka is carrying three Dual Mode Seeker (DMS) Brimstone missiles underneath the fuselage, as well as a Litening III RD targeting pod. The aircraft just dropped some Paveway IVs during its mission as these station were empty.

The Fuerza Aérea Dominicana once operated with eight Cessna OA-37Bs Dragonflies. Through the years, three were written off (3704, 05 and 06). All Dragonflies were retired in the early zeros after serving Escuadron de Combate only from Aug 97 onwards. After retirement, two were earmarked for sale to Colombia but were probably never transferred. In Nov 11, five OA-37Bs were seen in storage (3701, 02, 03, 07 and 08) while the sixth one (3705) was seen preserved at the main gate. Number seven (3704) was seen at the dump at San Isidro, while the eighth Dragonfly was totally destroyed in a crash.

Two Tornado's were very short on fuel during their patrol over Libya and needed gass quickly. Our C-135FR was already on its return to Istres, but was redirected to the Tornado's, not bad for us as photographers.

The Royal Canadian Air Force participated in Operation Unified Protector, a NATO-led operation to protect Libyan civilians against the civil war. To flight Libyan armed groups this CF-188 was armed with two AIM-9 Sidewinders on the wingtips, two AIM-7 Sparrows underneath the fuselage and two GBU-12 Laser Guided bombs. The picture was made over the Mediterranean Sea, off coast Libya from a French C-135.

This Cessna was impounded by the Dominican Republic government on 18 November 2009. They handed over the 206 to the Fuerza Aérea de República Dominicana, that repainted the Cessna in a standard grey colour scheme and furnished it with a Dominican flag, FAD titles, and serial to become a military aircraft. The aircraft is assigned to the Fuerza de Tarea Conjunta Interagencial (FTCI). The Cessna was formerly YV-1133.

The picture was made during Operation Unified Protector, a NATO-led operation to protect Libyan civilians against the civil war. 094 carries three Dual Mode Seeker Brimstone fire-and-forget missiles and Paveway IV guided bombs. The Brimstone is using an active radar homing seeker that is capable against moving targets, but the dual-mode also matters that the missile is capable to follow a laser-beam to its target. That laser-beam can be set up by a spotter on the ground, but also by the Litening targeting pod.

A "Diana" Fighting Falcon over the Mediterranean Sea during Operation Unified Protector (OUP), a NATO-led operation to protect Libyan civilians against the civil war. The Fighting Falcons of the Koninklijke Luchtmacht were during the operation mainly occupied with Combat Air Patrols, to prevent Libyan military aircraft taking off from their bases to attack civilians.
