There were five Seagle Katanas parked on the ramp at LZTN during my visit to the Museum X hangar. This was the only one that did not move in that time.

I suppose it is always a good thing when a medical evacuation helicopter is on the ground.

This Z-37 was built in Kunovice and first flew in September, 1968, after which it was handed over to Agrarflug, the agricultural division of Interflug. It later received the newer DDR-SNK registration and was withdrawn from service in 1984 with an extended lifetime of 7,280 hours. The aircraft was flown to the museum in April 1984 and placed on display. Due to its poor condition, it was withdrawn in 2011 and earmarked for restration. From 2021-2022, this aircraft was completely refurbished and in July 2022 rejoined the display, looking resplendent in its 1968 scheme.

This L-410 was originally destined for the Polar Directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-67679 but it was not delivered. Instead the frame spent he follow years on the Estonian and Bugarian registers including some time with the United Nations. It joined LR Airlines arond March 2017 and is pictured here parked up at LKKU.

A few minutes later the crew started her up and taxied out for departure. This S-76 was previously N76UP and was built in 1988.

This F.100 was originally delivered to American as N1406A in October 1991. In March 2004 the plane was placed with Jetsgo as C-GZKE but this fell through and instead ended up with Tyrolean as OE-LVJ. The plane then transferred to Austrian Arrows before being transferred to the mainline Austrian in July 2012. It was withdrawn in November 2017 but joined Alliance Airlines as VH-UQP in August 2019. The Austrailan reg was cancelled in April 2020 and it became OE-IMX before being rescued from scrapping by enthusiasts at this super collection.

This L-29 was previously 1901 with the Czechoslovak AF. After decommisioning the plane was bought privately and is now on display at this wonderful airfield.

This Z-37 is on display amongst this superb collection of (mostly) Soviet-block aircraft.

The M-2 was intended as a trainer for the Polish Aero Club with the first prototype flown in June 1958. This was the original SP-PAC and is presently stored at the Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków. Pictured is the second prototype, SP-PBA, which first flew in September 1958 and is now on display in Radomyśl Wielki wearing the reg. of the first prototype. The type never entered production as the only engine available made the plane unsuitable for aerobatics, to the obvious displeasure of the Aero Club. The type was abandoned but the basic soundness of the design was used to develop the PZL M-4 Tarpan.

This Mi-2 was originally 28 red with the Soviet AF. It became RA-23668 with General Leasing in November 1992 until the registration was cancelled in February 1995 and is now preserved as part of a private collection in this village to the west of Rzeszów.

This An-2 was delivered to the Polish AF in July 1974. It is preserved as part of a private collection in this village to the west of Rzeszów.
