Besides LifeFlight, CQRescue Charity and Babcock MCS Australasia, the Queensland Government operates five AW139's. The short nose of VH-ESZ - seen here returning from a post maintenance flight - reveals it as an early productions model. It's actually a 2008 built airframe, making it one of the oldest AW139's still in service "Down Under". So far, some 48 AW139's found their way into the australian HEMS market.
