Tame's first F-28, named Ciudad de Loja overran runway 35 while trying to depart to Tulcán. There were no serious injuries nor any lives lost, but the airplane was written off. Photo was taken the same morning, about an hour after the accident when passengers and crew were secured. Scanned from my 35mm collection.

All the good parts of the plane were removed to be used on the remaining 727s, and the plane was later moved to the other side of the airport where it remained until the airport shut down and the plane was scrapped.
