Delivered to the USAF as 53-1206. To Norway as 31206 in 1958. Withdrawn from use in 1967 and preserved at the museum. Moved to the museum at Bodø in 1997.

Delivered to the Swedish Air Force as a single seat J28B. Converted to a two seat Sk28C3 in 1959. To the museum by 1982 and painted into Norwegian markings. Moved to Sandefjord-Torp in 2022.

Shot down over Norway by Blackburn Skua L2940 in 1940 and crashed in a mountainous area. Recovered in 1976 and restored by the museum.

Built for the USAF as 51-17546. To Norway as 117546 in 1953 then to France as 117546 in 1968. Last flight to Gardermoen for the museum in 1981 and repainted back into Norwegian markings.

This 1968 Cessna 421A was operated in Finland as OH-CBC until November 2000 when it was registered in Denmark. The US registration N2213Q is associated with the airframe, but it is uncertain that it was carried. Became EC-KAR and stored in a derelict state at Cuatro Vientos Airport, Madrid. Seen here getting its engines seen to at Oslo-Gardermoen.

SAS held a retirement party for the DC-9 Classic fleet in the large DC-9 maintenance hangar at Oslo Airport on 16 January 2002. The centerpiece of the party was OY-KGR Holger Viking repainted in the latest SAS livery. When the crowd arrived, crew members showed up in all uniforms used on the DC-9 fleet from 1969 to 2002. It was a sad day for all DC-9 Classic enthusiast inside and outside the airline.

Built 1997, and delivered new to Cosmos Air as D-COSA April 22nd 1997, named "Mannheim". August 1st 1999 transferred to Cirrus Airways, who from March 200 operated D-COSA for team Lufthansa, and from October 2003 for Lufthansa Regional, until wfu January 2012. Janaury 29th 2013 N358EF and rebuilt for USAF to a Dornier C-16 Wolfhound. Opf USAF from July 9th 2013, marked 12-3085, and fleet no 23085. Seen at a remote park with a Swiss BAe146 behind. This aicraft came from Leipzig as RUS 3023, and was parked until it returned late in the evening.

"Dan Viking". This was my last chance to see SAS B747 at the old Gardermoen (ENGM/GEN). Seen climbing after take-off rwy 19, as SK 901 for JFK. Please note: The IATA code for Gardermoen did not change from GEN to OSL before October 8th 1998

Converted from DC-9-81 to DC-9-82 in March 1997. Seen here at Oslo-Gardermoen without the SAS logo on the tail. Converted again in January 2005 to DC-9-83.

After a long and illustrious career, this Convairliner ended her career as a fire trainer. Delivered new to SAS 13 June 1956, she served on European and Scandinavian routes for the tri-national airline until November 1976 when she was sold to Botswana Desert Airways and the registration 3D-AAC was applied, but not taken up. She was then sold to Nor-Fly as LN-MAP where she remained until 1983 and withdrawn from use at Fornebu where she ended as a fire trainer. During 1998 she was moved to Oslo's new international airport at Gardermoen where she is seen on a cold winter's day after an exercise
