Manufactured in Apr'89 and was delivered to MAP MVZ im. Milya. The Mi-26T visited Schiphol-Oost without company titles. The helicopter flew some off shore trail missions together with Dutch Navy Lynx's. It was transferred to TyumenAviaTrans as RA-06121 in '93 and to UTair in Jul'03. Ten years later is was leased to the United Nations as UN-156 and returned to UTair in '05, still RA-06121. As such, the Mi-26T crashed near Tailakovo, Central South Russia during underslung operations on 6 Dec'11. Its tailboom broke off due to fatigue cracks. The Mi-26 crashed from 60m, killing one of six crew.

Delivered new to Linjeflyg in February 1977. In January '93 to SAS-Scandinavian Airlines. Went in 2004 to Biman Bangladesh Airlines (S2-ADY). Stored an scrapped Dhaka in 2014.

Still with Braathens Regional Airlines winglets and very small German Airways titles next to the door.

Delivered new to TAP Air Portugal in June 1983. Returned to lessor in December 1998.

In promotional colours with "93% Forest. 100% Surinamese." titles on the fuselage.

ex Maersk Air. Operating for Sterling European Airlines between September 2005 and October 2008, when it became Cimber Sterling. Left the fleet in 2013.

Delivered new to US Air in November 1990 (N653US). That became US Airways in February 1997. Re-registered N253AY in October 2006. left the fleet in August 2014, for storage at Mobile (AL).

Delivered new to Scandinavian Airlines- SAS in November 1990 (OY-KDL). wfu in September 2002. In February 2004 to HollandExcel and in July to Dutch Caribbena Excel. That became Arkefly in July 2005. left the fleet in January 2015 for storage at Roswell (NM).

Delivered to Martinair in March 2003. Left the fleet November 2007. In January 2008 over to Etihad Airways (A6-EIB)

Delivered Martinair in October 1996; painted in special "Red Roses" between Dec 2002 and Dec 2007. wfu July 2016, and sold to FedEx as N68091, reportedly for spares use, while stored at Victorville.

Delivered to China Airlines Cargo in December 2003 and still active as such.
