Leaving Ushuaia and Tierra Del Fuego behind us as we climb out over the Beagle channel after a runway 25 departure. The airport can clearly be seen on the left side, aswell as the beautiful mountain ridges that surround the city at the top of the frame. The other runway is the old main airport, which is now only used by the aeroclub. A fitting departure to a great stay.

The huge new terminal at Kish, constructed to this point from 2013 to 2016. An aviobridge was planned to extend from every second of the eight major sections, plus one from each extension left and right. Alas, the 15 km (9 mi) long island did not have a chance yet to become the prime resort that was envisioned and development came to a standstill. The sun shades were of course just there for the airshow.

Helsinki-Malmi airport (EFHF) was forced by city of Helsinki (the land owner) to close on 14 March 2021 at 2200 UTC. The airport became operational in 1936, and until the opening of Helsinki-Vantaa airport (EFHK) in 1952, it was the main airport of Helsinki and also whole Finland. Helsinki-Malmi airport was the second busiest airport in Finland. Now it's closed. [iPhone 8 Plus]

What appears to be (part of) the corrosion corner at Aeroparque. Photos of LV-WGX and LV-ZZF are available on this website which show them in a derelict state at the airport. The Citation 525 is LV-AMB. Built in 1994 and ex. N525AP, exported to Argentina in early March 2004. I'm not sure whether the latter aircraft was just parked there or also in some kind of storage/dump.
