This is B-25J 44-29035 marked as Col. James Doolittle's B-25B. On display outside the museum atrium on April 18, 2017, the 75th anniversary of the Doolittle raid on Japan. This a/c was acquired by the museum in 1998, and for many years was marked as a PBJ-1. It is now on display inside the main museum building in the WW2 gallery.

Marking the moment that the summer season truly begins. That year, we welcomed back a variety of old destinations, operated by carriers who haven't flown these routes in the past. Dutch Corendon is one of them, connecting us to some of the Greek islands again. That day was the first flight to Kos after a few years of downtime and the airline was kind enough to send us their new special livery for it.
