Photographed during the Yorkshire Air Museum Night Shoot. There was enough light from the close by illuminated Victor and Gannet aircraft for me to get this shot. This aircraft was broken up by the museum circa May 2015.
Photographed at the Yorkshire Air museum Night Shoot. The original plan was to have the Dakota outside but she isn't waterproof so due to the inclement weather she was photographed from outside with the hangar doors open. The guys in uniforms/flying jackets on the right were from the museum to give a period, 'diorama' effect. Ex G-AMYJ / KN353.
Photographed at the Yorkshire Air Museum Night Shoot. Actually this plane wasn't part of the shoot, rather it was moved to the side to the side of the hangar to enable the resident Mosquito to be photographed.
Buccaneer 'Glen Elgin' was photographed as part of the display aircraft collection at the Yorkshire Air Museum. It is a very interesting museum with welcoming, friendly staff. Well worth a visit when anywhere near York.
Photographed at the Yorkshire Air Museum Night Shoot. The original plan was to have the Mossie outside but due to the bad weather, and the fact that the plane isn't waterproof, it was kept in the hangar. This worked out well though as it made for some nice shots with some of the museum's collection in the background. This aircraft was moved to Doncaster in 2017
