This aircraft was delivered in 1948 and suffered an accident taking off from Baluza in the Sinai on 1 November 1973. After that it was withdrawn and preserved in Mitzpe Revivim only to suffer another mishap in 1995 when a storm blew it over. Its mortal remains sat on the edge of the settlement for some years. The tail bears a 115sq badge, likely that unit was involved in looking after this aircraft.

This is, or rather was, an old airframe. The legacy 707 was converted to an electronic countermeasures aircraft and is seen here sitting on the firedump at Ben Gurion were it lingered some years before being scrapped in/around 2000.

Ex-OK22/Turkish AF. Crashed on a golf course at Izmit/Kocaeli, Turkey, during an airshow on 17 December 2000; pilot and photographer passenger both killed, and two on the ground injured.
